Beth is a STOTT Pilates Certified Instructor who teaches reformer, mat and barre. She uses a contemporary approach when teaching and teaches according to the Five Pilates Principles. Beth has always been very passionate about exercise, health and wellness. Not only is fitness her career, but it is also her hobby. When she’s not teaching or doing Pilates, Beth loves to do yoga and swim.

Renée has been teaching Pilates reformer since 2015 and is passionate about helping her clients improve their core strength, balance, athletic performance and prevent injuries. She feels that Reformer provides a unique and beneficial workout that can be tailored to any fitness level and age. Renée is also a personal trainer and she loves how strength training and Reformer together provide a balanced and well-rounded routine for her clients. Lyn is certified through Polestar Neuromuscular Education Systems in Allegro and Mat Pilates, Stott Pilates and Sivinanda Ashram Yoga with specialties in breast cancer rehab, Lumbar and Pelvic region support, diagnostic correction and more. She is a “Wellness Coach” that has been teaching Pilates Mat, Reformer and Yoga for over 20 years. Her classes are quiet, slow and methodical, so you can improve your form and use your body awareness in all your activities for more predictable results and pain-free movement.
