  CARDIO CLASSES
Cardio Kickbox Easy to follow, drill-based kickboxing designed to elevate your heart rate and sculpt your body with a variety of punches, kicks and plyometrics.
Cycle 60min. ride with a mixture of intervals, drills, and hills with a variety of speed & tensions.  Each ride may take you on a different path and focus, just be prepared to sweat!
Cycle/Abs 45 minute ride followed with ab and core moves. A perfect combination!
   
  DANCE CARDIO
Zumba The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
Latin Locomotion An aerobic, total body dance workout to help slim & tone the body. No partner required.
  STRENGTH CLASSES
Total Strength This class is all about muscle conditioning.  No high impact movement, just strength training with a variety of equipment working on stability and increased strength! 
Power Flex An awesome weight training class using  the barbell equipment & hand weights!  You can make this a heavy or light weight workout depending on your needs.
Fitball Blast A challenging total body workout incorporating the fitball and free weights
Extremely Abs (30min) An intense, rock-solid abdominal & core workout
  CARDIO & STRENGTH
Contact Kickbox Hone your skills and intensify your boxing workout by adding contact drills on the bag, focus mitts, and kick shields.
Muscle Fusion Improve strength and stamina with this weight training class mixed with easy to follow cardio intervals.  A total body workout for all levels using a variety of equipment.
Total Body MIX Come Experience a class like no other at Franklin. Be surprised from week to week with a variety of different cardio moves (boxing, basic step, hi-low, mini-tramps, boot camp) and strength (tubing, balls, weights, body bars). You know you'll get cardio and toning...but every week is different. All levels welcome.
Boot Camp Unique training session with one of our top personal trainers…BOOT CAMP STYLE!  Get back to the heart of fitness with drills and skills in an athletic circuit format.
TRX Circuit Training TRX is a suspension training device that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously! Incorporating easy to follow cardio drills. .*Sign up required at concierge desk.
TRX Fusion This class incorporates the TRX suspension training device with Core and Pilates based drills. For a strength and intense Core base workout. Class meets in the TRX studio.
  PILATES & YOGA
Power Matwork Pilates A dynamic class of matwork exercises performed at a quick pace without losing the integrity of the method. Includes more than 40 resistance exercises, each designed to stretch and strengthen muscles involved, opening joints and relieving tension. A great workout for all levels!
Yoga & Guided Relaxation A deeply meditative and restorative practice that quiets the mind and brings the practitioner back to the heart. 
Yoga A balance of poses to stretch and strengthen the body.  Taking traditional Hatha Gentle Yoga to the next level.
Power Yoga Yoga designed for all levels - you will be guided in regression and progression of postures.  Flowing movements with series of holds to work deep into the muscles tissue.  Let the breathe guide the movement.  Taking Yoga to the next level.
Slow Flow Yoga A beginner to intermediate yoga flow (Vinyasa) at a slower pace.  An abbreviated version of Vinyasa incorporating slow flow Vinyasas with Hatha yoga postures.
Vinyasa Yoga A continuous flow of movement & breath using the transitional Vinyasa flow to connect postures and create warmth allowing you to open up into greater flexibility and strength.
"Wall" Yoga “Wall” Yoga class enables students to utilize the floor & wall for support in various postures that might be difficult or impossible to maintain otherwise. Due to strength & flexibility limitations. For all levels. This class will promote deep guided relaxation for mind, body & spirit. *This class will run the first Thursday of every month at 11:30am.
  AQUA
Hydro Tone Hydro-Tone Resistive Exercises using the foam barbells to make each movement more challenging and tone and strength every muscle. 
Water Fitness A cardio workout that gets your body moving in large range of motion, easy to follow choreography in a supportive water environment that will challenge your cardio endurance.  Suitable for YOUNG AT HEART  participants
Water Yoga Move your body through in a fluid manner through stretches and balance poses that will help improve balance and flexibility.
